Registration Period for JSAPS Members
From Monday, August 3, 2026 at 13:00 to Friday, November 6, 2026 at 15:00
- Please note that registration is available online only. On-site registration will not be provided on the day of the meeting, so please make sure to complete your registration in advance.
- Honorary Members and Special Members are not required to register. A participation certificate will be sent together with the program and abstract book at a later date.

Registration Period:From the time of organizer approval to Friday, November 6, 2026 at 15:00
【Important Notice】
For non‑members, residents, clinical fellows, medical partners, and medical students, pre‑approval is required for participation. Please indicate your reason for participation when registering your account. The result of your approval request will be notified by email in due course. Once approval is granted, please proceed with the payment of the registration fee.
Please note that on‑site registration will not be available on the day of the meeting.

| MOU Members/ International Attendees |
For those who are the members of KSAPS/TSAPS with the member ID card, the entrance fee is JPY 25,000. Without the ID card the entrance fee is JPY 60,000. |

Registration Website
For JSAPS non-members, residents, clinical fellows, medical partners, and medical students, Pre-approval is required for participation. Please indicate your reason for participation when registering your account.
The certificate can be printed only once.
Payment Methods
Credit card only (VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Diners Club / JCB).
- Please note that convenience store payment, bank transfer, telephone, fax, and email registration are not accepted.
Registration Procedure
Important Notice Regarding the Registration Procedure
- Registration will be handled through the Shoyaku Co., Ltd. registration system (Gsystem).
- Please click “Registration / My Page Login” above. The personal page login screen will appear. Click “New Registration” and enter your name, email address, and other required information to complete your registration.
- Each participant may register only once.
- Registration will be completed once your basic information has been submitted and your payment has been confirmed.
- Once your registration is completed, a confirmation email for both registration and payment will be sent to you automatically. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours after registration, please contact the Secretariat.
- Members are required to enter their membership number when creating an account. Those who are currently applying for membership or non-members should enter “99”.
- Internet Explorer is not supported. Please use the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
- Payment is accepted via credit card only. The payment processing system is provided in partnership with SB Payment Service Corp., and "Gsystem" will appear on your credit card statement. Please note that depending on the credit card company, the charge may be listed in Japanese as "Academic Society Payment System" (学会関連決済システム).
Changes and Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted for any reason once payment has been completed. In addition, changes to the registration category are not permitted after payment has been finalized. Please register carefully to avoid duplicate registrations.
Issuance of Certificate of Participation and Receipt
You can download your certificate of participation and receipt from your My Page on the registration system. Please print the certificate on A4 paper and bring it with you to the venue on the day of the meeting. Please make sure to wear your name badge at all times inside the venue.
Output Procedur
From your My Page on the payment system, go to “Payment” to view your payment history.
Items for which payment has been completed will be displayed under “Payment History.”
Click “Receipt” to generate a PDF receipt.
Click “Certificate” to generate a PDF certificate of participation.
Please note that the certificate can be printed only once. It cannot be reprinted after the first print.
Program & Abstract Book
Members
Program & Abstract Book will be sent in advance to JSAPS members by postal mail. Please bring it with you to the venue on the day of the meeting. It is scheduled to be mailed to members in early October.
- If you do not receive it by mid October, please contact the Secretariat.
Non-Members
Program & Abstract Book will be handed to non‑members at the General Information Desk on the day of the meeting.
About the Luncheon Seminar
There is no advance registration for the luncheon seminars. Please line up in front of each seminar room on the day of the meeting.
Handling of Personal Information
Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for the administrative purposes of the 49th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the 157th Scientific Meeting. All personal information you submit will be strictly managed with appropriate security measures.
