The following programs are planned for this Annual Scientific Meeting:

Abstract Submission

Abstracts must be submitted through the abstract submission system (Gsystem) provided by Shoh-Yaku Co., Ltd.
Please read the submission guidelines below and register your abstract using the "New Registration" button at the bottom of this page.

Eligibility

Presenting Author (First Author)

The first author and co-authors must, in principle, be members of the Japan Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (JSAPS). Non-members are required to complete membership registration in advance.
Applicants from overseas are not required to meet this condition.

Membership Number

A membership number is required when submitting an abstract. If you do not know your number, please contact the JSAPS Secretariat listed below. If you are not yet a member at the time of submission, please enter 99 (two digits) as a temporary membership number and complete your membership registration promptly.

Speakers for the special event "Chanpuru Session: Hot Topics" will be selected from general lectures.

Abstract Preparation Guidelines

When submitting an abstract, please complete all required fields on the submission screen, including presentation format, name of the presenting (first) author, co-authors, institutional affiliations, contact e-mail address, title, and abstract text.

Registration of Presenters and Affiliations

  1. The first author must be the presenting author.
  2. Maximum number of authors: 10 (including the first author).
  3. Maximum number of affiliations: 10 (including the first author's affiliation).
  4. Authors may list multiple affiliations.

Character Limits

  1. Title: 20 words or less
  2. Abstract: 350 words or less
  • Alphabetic characters and numbers, including spaces, must be entered in half-width form.
  • Abstracts exceeding these limits cannot be submitted.
  • Tags such as <SUP> are not counted toward the character limit.

Creating the Abstract Text

It is recommended to prepare the abstract in advance on your own computer (plain text format) and paste it into the abstract text field. Figures and tables cannot be inserted.

Input Notes

  • Half-width katakana (including < and >), circled numbers, external characters (Roman numerals), and other machine-dependent characters cannot be used.
  • Submitted abstracts will not be proofread. The abstract booklet will be created exactly as submitted, so please check carefully for typographical errors.

Photo and Biography Submission(Invited Speakers Only)

Your photo and brief biography will be published in the program and abstract booklet. Please upload them at the time of abstract submission.

  • Biography: Within 400 full-width characters
  • Photo: JPEG format only, 4 cm (H) × 3 cm (W), approximately 350 dpi resolution

Password Setting, Management, and Submission Receipt

  • Please set a password of your choice when submitting your abstract.
  • After submission, an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent from the abstract submission system (Gsystem). Please ensure you check your e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within one day, contact the Secretariat (jsaps49@zenith-j.co.jp) to verify your submission.
  • Be sure to keep your "Abstract Submission Number," "Login ID," and "Password."
  • Please enter your e-mail address accurately.
  • Do not use mobile phone e-mail addresses, as delivery errors may occur.
  • Please check your spam folder, as messages may be filtered.

Confirmation, Revision, and Withdrawal of Submitted Abstracts

  1. Abstracts may be revised any number of times during the submission period.
  2. Your login ID and password are required to make revisions.
  3. Saving and submitting: Use the "Temporary Save" button at the bottom of the submission screen to save your input. To submit, click "Submit," review your information on the next screen, and click "Confirm Submission."
  4. You can review the proof of your abstract (as it will appear in the abstract booklet) via My Page > Abstracts > Abstract List.
  5. To withdraw an abstract, please contact the Secretariat (jsaps49@zenith-j.co.jp).
  6. Access may become congested near the deadline, so early submission is recommended.

Notification of Acceptance

The final decision regarding acceptance, presentation format, and presentation schedule will be made by the organizers.
Notifications will be sent to the e-mail address registered at the time of submission.

Conflict of Interest

You are required to declare any conflicts of interest with companies related to your presentation within the past year from the time of abstract submission.

Protection of Personal Information

The abstract submission system for this meeting is operated by Shoh-Yaku Co., Ltd. Names, contact information, and e-mail addresses collected through participant registration and abstract submission will be used for inquiries and presentation notifications from the Secretariat. Names, affiliations, titles, and abstract texts will be published on the website and in the abstract booklet. All information will be strictly managed to prevent external disclosure after the meeting concludes.
